Frequently asked questions
What happens if I go over the included usage?
You're billed for the overage at the same published rates and your phone keeps
getting answered — we top your credit up automatically in $25, $50 or $100 increments. We
don't stop answering your calls because you had a busy month.
Can I stop it running away?
Yes. Set a monthly cap — $50, $100, $200 or $500. At the cap, voice pauses
first and chat and email keep running, so you're never silently spending more than you chose.
Which should I choose?
If the phone rings all day, the flat plan is cheaper and simpler. If your volume
is seasonal or light, usage-based means quiet months cost you almost nothing. We'll look at your
actual call volume together on the call and tell you which one wins.
Is the website really included?
Yes. If you don't have a website — or yours is costing you customers —
we build and host a fast, modern one on your domain as part of installing Run, with chat,
click-to-call, and booking built in. It's a setup step we do for you, not an upsell or
another tool to learn. Already have a site you love? We wire Run into it instead.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, and the first $10 of usage is free.
What counts as a voice minute?
Only minutes where the AI is actively handling a call. If a caller hangs up
during the ring, it doesn't count.
